Kennedy High School was started in the year 1975 by Dr. N. Sundarachari, M.Sc., Ph.D. (USA). A mentor, caring benefactor and an acclaimed educationist, he steered the fortunes of thousands of students. As founder Principal of Kennedy High School, he set standards of excellence that lead to the school being ranked the best in Vijayawada, A.P.
The School today with a student strength of 3000 and a staff strength of 300 is housed in three strategically located campuses, two at Siri Nagar and one at Kanuru. By virtue of the enterprise of the Principal, Sri N. Eswar Prasad, the school underwent a massive upgradation with the addition of aesthetically designed buildings, state-of-the-art laboratories, Multimedia computer lab with high end computers, fully equipped library and a fine indoor auditorium. Kennedy High, the global school located at Bachpally, Miyapur, Hyderabad is a testimony to the boundless frontiers of Kennedy. It is the brain child of Sri N. Eswar Prasad and is the First International Residential School in Andhra Pradesh catering to the needs of NRI students. Kennedy High School located at Kukatpally, Hyderabad was started in the year 1999 and has been rendering yeomen service since then.

Kennedy realized the importance of educating the children in all spheres of Life with great responsibility and care. The knowledge reflected on their minds should magnify and strengthen their mental capabilities to understand things in a better way - with right attitude, good reasoning and scientific temper.With proper guidance and good training we teach them to live, not only for themselves, but also for others to go through the world as friends and helpers, earnest in loving reverence and care for all beings.We insist physical training as a matter of greatest importance. A strong, pure and healthy body is necessary for the expression of the developing soul–“ A Strong mind in a strong body ”
